All sessions start with quarter turns. Once quarter turns are solid, we move into mandatory poses. Once mandatory poses are solid, we work on a 30sec routine. The level of learning by the athlete will always determine how much we can get through in one session.
I look pretty good and should do well. Just need a few reminders.
